Kaayman is a brand of Pura White Dairy Private Limited, built on a family dairy business that began in Indore in 1994.
Today, our Dewas facility supplies ghee and dairy products to retailers, distributors, hotels, sweet manufacturers and food-service businesses across India.
The plant is modern. The way we work has not changed since the first shop: make it the same every time, deliver when we said we would, and pick up the phone ourselves.
We invest directly in farmer success. Pura White Dairy provides subsidised premium cattle feed to our supplying farmers, helping them maintain healthier animals that produce milk with higher SNF content. Several of our key suppliers already participate in this programme, and we are expanding it to strengthen the entire supply network and ensure consistent milk quality for every batch of Kaayman ghee.
